Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing to support our Brand. We aim to provide you with a smooth shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policies:
For all Pre-made Garments: Orders will be shipped out between Monday-Friday.
Domestic Shipping: Please allow up to 7 business days from the point of purchase completion to receive your order. We are based in the (UK).
Orders made on Friday will not be shipped out until the following working day.
Worldwide Shipping: Please allow up to 17 business days from the point of purchase completion to receive your order. We are based in the (UK).
Additional Shipping Info:
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been shipped. We will only be using the address provided when the order was originally placed.
For all Pre-Ordered Garments: Please allow 8-12 weeks after the pre order window closes. this time includes,
Order Processing: (1 week)
Order Confirmation: Confirming the order with our suppliers and getting materials. (2 weeks)
Garment Manufacturing: Having the Garments Made, Quality checked by our suppliers and shipped to us. (5 weeks)
2nd Quality Checks: Quality Checking all garments to make sure they meet the highest standards. (1 week)
Order Shipping: Orders then being shipped out to you.
Domestic Orders: (1 week)
International Orders: (2 weeks)
We will be providing updates all along this process weekly Via our Instagram: @allthingsmadegood so you have peace of mind. We understand that waiting can be hard but rest assured you will receive your product with in the time frame unless stated otherwise.
International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of Royal Mail, Fedx, UPS or any other delivery service you chose to delivery your order. we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package or any potential damages.
