Refund policy

Refund policy: At AllThings MadeGood, we are committed to providing our Community with high-quality products and services.

Currently, we have a no Refund, Exchange or Return policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.  Once an order is processed, we cannot modify or cancel an order.

so please check all size guides and ask any questions you may have and check descriptions BEFORE purchasing.

Damages and Issues: All our items are throughly checked before being shipped out.

However we understand that mistakes can be made sometimes and in the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to make it right.

Fraudulent activity: If we detect or have any suspicion of any fraud being used to buy our products we will refuse the sale. You will not receive any items and the said account will be blocked.

False Chargebacks: Any attempt to falsely chargeback are prohibited and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service and products to anyone who files a false chargeback.
